Potential risks include temporary speech adaptation, screw loosening or veneer chipping; rare implant failure is typically manageable with prompt review, possible replacement and bite protection strategies.

Is All-on-6 better than All-on-4®?
Neither is universally “better.” All-on-6 adds support and may reduce cantilevers when bone and bite allow; All-on-4® can avoid grafts in reduced bone. We recommend after CBCT and bite analysis.
In suitable cases, yes. We fit a screw-retained provisional within 24 hours so you leave with fixed teeth.
Often no—careful planning aims to use available bone. Your CBCT will show whether any grafting is advisable.
We reassess stability and may add/replace an implant. The provisional bridge can usually be adapted while healing continues.
