- Demand compensation for damages due to unlawful processing.
7. APPLICATION TO THE COMPANY
Applications by data subjects will be evaluated and responded to within 30 days by the COMPANY. As a rule, applications are free of charge; however, if the process requires a cost, the COMPANY may request it pursuant to Article 13 of KVKK and the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
