German Speaking Sales & Patient Advisor
At Auraliss Health, we provide professional advisory and coordination support for international patients who are planning their dental treatment journey in Turkey. For our growing team, we are looking for a Sales & Patient Advisor with advanced German communication skills.
General Qualifications
Our expectations from candidates:
- Advanced German language skills and the ability to conduct professional sales conversations with German speaking patients.
- Experience in sales, patient advisory or customer communication.
- Ability to follow up with patients regularly through WhatsApp, phone, email and CRM.
- Strong communication skills, persuasive ability and a result oriented approach.
- Structured working discipline in follow up, reporting and daily workflow.
- Experience in health tourism, dental treatments, tourism or sales is preferred.
- Knowledge of an additional foreign language is an advantage.
- Ability to participate in international roadshows and face to face patient information events.
- Ability to work in Antalya.
Job Description
- Communicate with German speaking potential patients via phone, WhatsApp and email.
- Understand patients’ treatment requests accurately and share them with the relevant team.
- Inform patients about offers, appointments and the treatment coordination process.
- Follow the sales process regularly through the CRM system.
- Work together with the coordination team during the patient’s travel process to Turkey.
- Communicate directly with potential patients during face to face patient information events and roadshow organizations in Germany.
- Carry out patient follow ups before and after events in a regular and structured way.
- Actively follow up in line with sales targets.
