Private Antalya Public Dental Health Services Limited Company (the Data Controller) will hereinafter be referred to as the COMPANY, and the “Personal Data Processing Law” No. 6698 will be referred to as KVKK.

  • Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
  • Request deletion/destruction under Article 7 of KVKK,
  • Request notification of corrections/deletions to third parties,
  • Object to results derived solely from automated processing,
  • Demand compensation for damages due to unlawful processing.

7. APPLICATION TO THE COMPANY

Applications by data subjects will be evaluated and responded to within 30 days by the COMPANY. As a rule, applications are free of charge; however, if the process requires a cost, the COMPANY may request it pursuant to Article 13 of KVKK and the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
